1.2: wsconsume needs com/sun/tools/xjc/api/ErrorListener ?!

When invoking wsconsume as an ANT task I get this error message:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sun/tools/xjc/api/ErrorListener

Where can I find a jar containing this ErrorListener? Any hint is appreciated!
