Are WebService based on JBoss-Net different from JBossWS web

Sorry for this basic question but I read a couple of articles from where it seems to me that WebServices for JBoss-Net are different from WebServices for JBossWS.

Is this correct ?

Does this affect the source code or only the (deployment) descriptors?

Which kind of WebServices are mostly used: Those according to JBoss-Net or the JBossWS variant ?

The prefered way toi use web services is through the standard API i.e. JAXWS with JBossWS
