Webservice2 java or wsdl2java

I want to make a global web application. When you give the wsdl to this app. it automatically generate the java class and user may test the wsdl. How I make this type of application. What I have to do and what I have to read. Could you suggest me to books or article about the mather I discussed. Thank you for your help.

BTW we are working on this project at the moment and we plan to release in few days a new version of Wise based on JBossWS 2.0 and Richfaces. We will make a post about that asap.
