New user needs help

Hi all,

I'm working on project already developped by someone else and i need some help.
I have to test a web service in this project. I found the interface of the web service but not a class implementing it nor a wsdl file.
Is this normal ???

I'm working with JBossWS 1.2.0 & JBoss IDE 2.0.
