update from ajax4jsf 1.1.1 to richfaces 3.1.4

I just tried to update from ajax4jsf 1.1.1 to richfaces 3.1.4.
I removed the old ajax4jsf.jar from my web-inf\lib dir and added the three richfaces jars.

Following exception occurs on first page:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/ajax4jsf/taglib/ajax/AjaxOutputPanel
at org.apache.jsp.pages.includes.messageBox_jsp._jspx_meth_a4j_005foutputPanel_005f0(messageBox_jsp.java:137)

Is there anything todo beside exchanging jars?
