mduffy_lists Dec 10, 2004 12:30 PM (in response to mduffy_lists)In MS SQL Server:
INSERT INTO tblUser WITH (ROWLOCK)
(firstName, lastName, Created)
Values (?, ?, GETDATE())
In MySQL:
INSERT INTO tblUser WITH (ROWLOCK)
(firstName, lastName, Created)
Values (?, ?, NOW())
I could create a Timestamp field in the user object and set the system time; however, I thik there might be a more elegant way to do this.
