I looked at the specification that is part of the Preview2 documentation, but do not understand the syntax for unique constraints. An example would be great for a unique constraint on multiple columns such UNIQUE(columnA, columnB). Also I did not see any documentation for indecies. How do I put an index on a column, better yet I need to put an unique index on (columnA, columnB).
