Hi,
I found the same error with using web service from applet. The applets have several restrictions, for example they can not read several system properties.
So you have to sign the applet digitally to provide sufficient rights to your applet on client side.
You have to delpoy the needed jar files into clients jre/lib/ext dirctory.
