Changing testsuite - removal of xml files

In the head branch we will be removing the libraries and modules.xml files in tools/buildmagic/etc. This affects the testsuite in the ejb3 module. I will make the necessary changes to change it over to use the libraries.ent and modules.ent files instead.

I have also updated ejb3/build and build-test.xml files. The main changes were in ejb3 but will result in no functionality changes.

This affected the construction of the ejb3.deployer. Essentially, I changed the blanket copy of all jars from apache commons dir to a copy made up of individual filesets.

This has been done in preperation of porting the thirdparty build to head where there componets of apache-commons have been broken out into individual entries.

I forgot to mention, please update your tools/etc/buildmagic/libraries.ent file to pick up the newly defined properties.
