EJB3 Plugin Broken

CI Servers are reporting the Plugin is not running, citing a NCDFE from EJB3 Common.

This isn't present in my local env, so once I make this round of commits I'll clear my M2 repo and fix it.

Will post back here when done.

Should be fixed by Revision 73761, need to update my Hudson configuration to run TestSuite project now to confirm.
