Just because it is not maintained anymore should not mean that helpful people like jardia should not get anymore information about it.
I think an Admin/Monitor would be really helpful in convincing people on the manager or decider level to go with JBoss.
I myself am a developer having a hard time to convince managers because they say BEA or IBM has a nice looking monitoring.
Maybe the JBoss people should make a project out of that and I think there will be lot of helpful people willing to work on that.

The source is in the CVS. You can use it to fix things or add features. -

Juha,
do you know if the server side mbean for the monitoring interface is ok to use or is there some work on that side too. I would like to work on the client admin/monitoring tool as well as on the server monitoring mbean.

Juha,
if one would like to get involved in this, I presume that it would make more sense to work on the JBossMGT Server/Client project, right?
What is the procedure to help and write code for that?
Thanks,

yes

Write some code. When you got a nice chunk of it that does something useful, ask for a CVS rw so you can commit it in the base. Talk to Andreas Schaefer to let him know what you want to do.
