tobias Apr 8, 2003 3:28 PM (in response to pyh2008)Make sure you have no other instance of JBoss running on the machine. If you want to run two instances on one machine you need to give the second instance new ports for all services.
Also make sure that no other application is using the ports used by JBoss. -

lbudnick May 19, 2003 2:05 PM (in response to pyh2008)One other possible conflict is a browser ad-removal product called adSubtract. It runs a local proxy server at port 4444, and will conflict with JBoss unless changed on the adSubtract control panel.
