How to work with rich:listShuttle

I've tried the example written in the documentation but I received Validation error when I submit a form that contains rich:listShuttle. Have I missed something that is not written in the documentation on how to work with rich:listShuttle?

seems you missed the line where we write about converter. Check demo source code.

Is there any samples on the converter?
