    Contexts and context service(s)

We've already discussed here (http://www.jboss.org/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&t=77533) and in the architecture document about the need to separate contextual information in order to preserve the loosely coupled nature of SOA in the presence of state and sessions. We've done a lot of work on this in the area of OASIS WS-Context and have a Web Services implementation of that already. However, we obviously don't want to require Web Services deployments, so we need a more general (non-deployment specific) notion of contetx.

The current POC code has the hooks for that already, but obviously no implementation just yet. Kevin has been leading the WS-Context interoperability work in OASIS, so maybe when he finds time (somewhere between working on TS and breathing!) he can drive this aspect and produce a wiki page or two ;-)
