I'm using EJB3 RC1 with JBoss 4.0.2. I'm able to deploy and execute a simple app successfully, but have a question.
Is the ".ejb3" jar still required or can all classes be packaged in the ".par" jar file? I see that the build.xml for the packaging example provided in the tutorial folder creates both a ".ejb3" and a ".par". I've tried to find an answer for my question in the documentation, the forum and a blog or two, but with no luck.
Thank you!

I know that in JBoss the files that would normally be a part of .par can go into .ejb3 ... This is against the spec (as I understand) but JBoss allows it.
I don't know about the other way.
