Autoexec.bat :-) for EAR deploying

Hello,
sorry if stupid question but I look for solution of predefined content in data storage.
For example - when application is first time deployed I need to create some objects (admin account ).

There are two ways:
1) create database manually with predefined content
2) run some code (SB?) as first after deploy of ear (with test if required objects already exists)

Do you have some tips??

Hibenrate/EJB3 can autogenerate schema, but not populate it...

a .SQL deployer may be an intresting component to write, iterested?

The Spring Deployer or AOP deployer is a good example of writing a Deployer.

Some weeks ago, when I thought about that problem, I thought about hooking that stuff into jdbc-state-service.xml or jdbc2-service.xml, but later I burried that probably not so good idea...
