1. Re: Could not resolve beanClass method from proxy call
heinrich Oct 28, 2005 3:23 AM (in response to msaeed)Hi,
is the class which will be returned marked as serializable?
If not, this could cause the exception. -
2. Re: Could not resolve beanClass method from proxy call
msaeed Oct 28, 2005 2:13 PM (in response to msaeed)Hi
It seems like my initial assessment of the problem was not correct.
I have several methods in my session bean, but only one can be invoked successfully. The others throw an exception on invokation. It seems that void or return is not the part of the problem. I'll further evaluate the problem and will post for assistance.
Thanks

wesleyhall Apr 27, 2006 9:17 AM (in response to msaeed)Incase anyone stumbles across this topic during a search. I had this problem and discovered it was become my remote methods were throwing exceptions that are no instances of (or subclasses of) RemoteException.

5. Re: Could not resolve beanClass method from proxy call
cinzko Jan 17, 2007 2:16 AM (in response to msaeed)i get this error too but your solution (throwing remote-exceptions) doesn't work for me.
the error ist thrown, when i try to get the EJBHandle of an stateful sessionbean inside a stateless sessionbean-method (see also this topic http://www.jboss.com/index.html?module=bb&op=viewtopic&t=98992). if i call the same method in a servlet it works fine.
can anyone give me a hint?
