Deployment Descriptor

Everyone is saying how we can still use deployment descriptors for EJB3. So, where are the DTD's? Where are the tutorials? I've googled and trolled the forums with no luck. It's not in the documentation available here.

I know that the hot new thing is to use annotations, and I do use them. However, annotations make this "pojo based approach" very non-pojo. I think I'd like to evaluate using the xml descriptor. Does anyone know of any resources?

The descriptors are more or less the same as for EJB 2, but a lot of the information is no longer required since it may be defined via annotations, and also EJB 3 assumes reasonable defaults for values not specified explicitly

Also, there is not even a bullet point for entity descriptors. I've seen the schema in the spec, but not the deployment configuration or example usages.
