No Dialect mapping for JDBC type

When I run this code,
.....
int id = 20; //Id is the primary key in the db table
Query query = em.createNativeQuery("select p.* from Person where p.id = " + id);
log.debug(query.getResultList());
.......

I get the following exception:

Exact same problem, except my JDBC type is '1111'.

Tried to set

query.setHint("hibernate.dialect", "org.hibernate.dialect.PostgreSQLDialect");

but did not have an impact.

Note that my query is actually a Stored Procedure, so no JPA-QL work around that I know of ;-)

Tested on Jboss 4.0.5.GA from JEMS 1.2.0.GA install.
