Problems with rich:menuItem inside rich:toolBar

Where are problems with using rich:menuItem inside rich:toolBar. An exception occures when the page is rendering, because parent menu is not founded.

It was very nice feature to use rich:menuItem, because it has attribute "disabled" and styles to show items as disabled.

Is it a bug, that it's not working? Or there is any workaround?

Problem has occured after switching to RichFaces 3.2.0 GA.

menuItems and groups was never designed, tested and so on in order to use not within rich:ddmenu or contextMenu

Yes, I know. But it worked very good early.

Well, we will have to work with css styles now.

But I have found temporary workaround by using rich:dropDownMenu component with a4j:support inside. May be it will usefull.
