¿How to load prototype library in every page?

I'm developing an aplication that use prototype and I want to use the prototype library embedded in richfaces in pages that don't have any richfaces component. If isn't any richfaces component in a page, prototype library isn't loaded.

¿Is there a way to do this?

I don't want to include the prototype library manually because in pages width richfaces components it will be loaded two times.
