1. Re: jBPM 3.0.1 Installation & Example
brittm Sep 23, 2005 1:58 PM (in response to jdude)If you haven't already, try downloading the starter's kit. The kit contains an already functional JBoss/JBPM setup that you can start up and play with. That should give you much of the example configuration that you're looking for.

kukeltje Sep 23, 2005 5:10 PM (in response to jdude)Yes download the starterkit or use som common sense to see what ant tasks need to be run to use the source
tip: the default ant task already does a lot. -
3. Re: jBPM 3.0.1 Installation & Example
jdude Sep 23, 2005 7:15 PM (in response to jdude)Got the web sale example working now.
Only minor bug on the entry page http://localhost:8080/jpbm.
The URLs for Home/Administration/Monitoring are not working.
http://localhost:8080/jbpm/home.jsp -> http://localhost:8080/jbpm/faces/home.jsp
http://localhost:8080/jbpm/admin.jsp -> http://localhost:8080/jbpm/faces/admin.jsp
http://localhost:8080/jbpm/monitor.jsp -> http://localhost:8080/jbpm/faces/monitor.jsp
Thanks a lot,

4. Re: jBPM 3.0.1 Installation & Example
kukeltje Sep 24, 2005 6:38 AM (in response to jdude)hmmm.. just checked out the latest 3.0 source and the admin page works, although it is empty. The monitor page normally works. Do you get errors in the logging?

5. Re: jBPM 3.0.1 Installation & Example
jdude Sep 24, 2005 3:30 PM (in response to jdude)Yes, there is a error message in the log, just a basic URL issue, can't find page.
if you start at http://localhost:8080/jbpm, then the buttons on the left don't have the right URL. If you start with http://localhost:8080/jbpm/faces/login.jsp, then everything works fine. -
6. Re: jBPM 3.0.1 Installation & Example
kukeltje Sep 24, 2005 4:40 PM (in response to jdude)index.jsp should redirect you to the /faces/login.jsp you post. If you try to use /jbpm/monitor.jsp directly, you run into jsf issues which will be resolved later.

7. Re: jBPM 3.0.1 Installation & Example
jdude Sep 24, 2005 5:05 PM (in response to jdude)Cheers!
BTW The menu on the left side looks a bit odd in FireFox, it's correct in IE. Maybe put each button in extra cell will do.
Best,
