        Keith,

        We are very aware of your concerns and take your remarks very seriously. And to reassure you, we have committed ourselves to provide these upgrade wizards/scripts from now on. But alas, there were no resources to do so for the previous upgrades.
        In the meantime, thanks a lot for using jBPM and for your best wishes. We hope that one day or another you will be convinced of the superiority of jBPM 3.x and start to use it :-)

          Come on guys... the webapp of 1.01 was 'rich'? I do not want to play down the work Tom did on that part, but with some small upcomming enhancements the 3.0 webapp is much richer.

          The lack of variableTypes in the process is one I largely agree upon. I currently work around this (privately) by appending at least the variables of type Date with a _date. It's dirty but kind of works until a better solution becomes available for this.

          Maybe a kind of 'render' hint is better than an actual type since selectOne etc cannot be easilly mapped to vairabletypes.
