jar file missing in jbpm 3.1

I am migrating from jbpm 3.0.2 to 3.1 and i noticed there is a jar file missing that causes a problem: c3p0-0.8.5.2.jar

I got errors until i copied it from my old jbpm 3.0.2

(this file is in lib/hibernate)
