ProcessInstance in separate Thread and persistence

Hi. I am do follow :

Create new processIntance , save it and then start (call signal method of instance) in separate thread and ... of course receive exception from Hibernate about non thread safe usage . Help me. Thank you!!!!!

I've personally answered this question 4-5 times. Search the forums. It's all there. (And I'm using 3.0.2 too...)
