No timers being executed

Hello,
In my process definition I set up a couple of timers which never get executed. I think the reason for this is that I have no scheduler deployed to check the timers. I can't seem to find any documentation or examples of people that have done this (probably because it is very obvious and I haven't grasped the concept!). Is there a JBPM scheduler webapp I can just deploy under Tomcat?

You can see the javadoc for SchedulerServlet class.
There are some instructions there that can show you how to start the SchedulerThread under Tomcat.
