General issue using tildes in 3.2.0

Hi,

After changing my RichFaces libraries to 3.2.0 I have a general issue using characters with "tildes".

I enter the word "Peláez" into an input text and get "Peláez" after saving and/or refreshing screen.

As I am already using java 5 and JSF 1.2, I just changed the three RichFaces libraries in my project.

I'm using es_CO as default locale.

With RF 1.4 the project was working perfectly well.

Am I missing something?
or
Is it a bug?

Hi,

It is really funny. By sending my post the word "Pelaez" (With a tilde in the letter a) olso got scrambled!!
