some annotations not supporting property accessors

Hi, is there any reason why
@RevisionTimestamp and @RevisionNumber are
missing the ElementType.METHOD ?
I was experimenting with them but it appears I can't annotated my getters,
only the field.

Should I open a JIRA for it?
