hosierdm Jun 12, 2006 5:24 PM (in response to mlandua)Just keep in mind that any in-memory cache will be destroyed when the virtual machine terminates. If you don't want to use a database, I suppose you could persist to a file, unless of course you don't care about losing your associations.

kukeltje Jun 12, 2006 5:36 PM (in response to mlandua)you can also create a custom hibernate query and retrieve it by something you stored in a process variable. The 3.1 webapp has something where you can retrieve process instances by searching for a certain value of a process variable. It's fairly easy to implement
