ExpressionAssignmentHandler

Hi
I want to use ExpressionAssignmentHandler but i don't want to use identity component. So as it is written in documentation(11.11.3) i have to provide my own class extending ExpressionAssignmentHandler and bind it to my user data store.
I dont't know how to do this binding ? where ?

You do not know how to build your own class and bind it to your own datastore? hmmmm... cause that is what you state above
