fbecaria Apr 25, 2007 3:53 PM (in response to jurglic)Hi, was this request finally implemented? And if the answer is yes, in which version and how do I set a node to use a separate transaction.
Thanks -
3. Re: Transaction demarcation in synchronous nodes
kukeltje Apr 25, 2007 4:41 PM (in response to jurglic)most likely not. If there was no jira issue, things can slip of the radar.
Besides that. Can't you do this by implementing an ejb with a 'requires new' for the transaction and call that from the actionhandler? Or even do something with a spring bean? I personally think (but the developers may think otherwise) that the jBPM processdefinition should not be the place to do this -
4. Re: Transaction demarcation in synchronous nodes
fbecaria Apr 26, 2007 10:37 AM (in response to jurglic)First of all, thanks for the reply. I'm doing my first steps with jBPM.
What I want is to execute a node in a single transaction. So when I leave the node, my data is persisted and the info of the process is persisted too. With and ejb, I can persist my data, but not the data of the process, right?
