scrollableDataTable and partial page navigation

I'm trying to get a scrollableDataTable to work on a panel that is included with a4j:include on an a4j action (like in a wizard). The table renders correctly if the a4j:include is executed in response to a full page load, but, but not on a partial page load.

Has anyone managed to get this to work? I'm using richfaces 3.2 and Firefox.

I've also noticed that some applied style specifications don't render properly if you are using HTML markup rather than XML markup. Is HTML not well supported in richfaces?

More info:

It works if I don't specify both a width and height, but then it renders with the default width and height of course. If I specify only width, it renders the width incorrectly on partial page navigation.

Works OK in IE, but not in Firefox 2.0 or Opera.9.
