jBPM introduction?

Hi there,

Does anyone know when is jBPM rolled out? When is actually the first version of of jBPM is introduced to the open source market? It is something like the origin and the history of the jBPM. As far as i know, jBPM have been in the market for quite some time before joining JBoss.
