Is there a way to pause all timers for a specific amount of time, then resume exactly where I left off? IE, 10 days until next event occurs, allow user via UI to select 'pause until such and such a date' anywhere in the process flow, then when that date arrives, it resumes the 10 day countdown?
From what I'm reading here, it seems if you pass the 10 days while in pause, as soon as you resume, the event is triggered. We need to figure out a way to do what I'm describing ASAP, any ideas or pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
