calendar - selecting year

Sergey mentioned in a previous post (Oct 07) that a pull-down to select the year in the calendar is coming "soon".

My users have given me grieve about having to click dozens of times to change the year in the current interface. Any timeframe on when this feature will become available?

I have used other calendars before, which are much heavier - this one is fast, and I dont want to have to change it (or create an ugly secondary menu for the year).

you can also click in the month-year label above it, a new scree will be shown, I think this is a better way to change year...

but I would also like a pull-down component to select it

In that post I meant exactly what is already implemented since version 3.1.4. The screenshot is below



We have a lot of components in the wish list. So, the procedure is regular. Add it to the list and see how others will vote for it.

ty both - I didnt realize I am that far behind in the library I am using that came with my install of seam 2.0.1 (was 3.1.2) - time to update

sergey, great work, my users are impressed how quickly I can "cook up" some fairly fancy ui, thanks to you guys working on this library
