gpd.xml & ISO-8859-1 encoding

Hello!!

The following line of gpd.xml file

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>

changes when I make changes in the forms of my application for the following sentence

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

Is there any solution for that not change??

There are encoding issues with the gpd.xml file. Have a look in JIRA for the corresponding tickets.
