problems with jbpm when used with eclipse

i am facing a problem in installing jbpm...i have used jbpm 3.2.3 but after installing the designer in eclipse, it allows me to create a new process project. However, after doing so, it does not create a process folder in the eclipse interface. So I cannot deploy the process. However, the process folder gets created int he workspace. Can anyone help ? Is there something wrong with the installation...

is your project effectively in your workspace dir or did you create it outside of?
