Relation Between Identity and Taskmanagement Components

Dear All,
I have faced some problems in discovering the relation between taskmanagement and the identity component :
1. Is the Actor in the taskmanagement literature the same as User in identity literature?
2. What is the relationship between Swimlane, PooledActor and Group?
