1. Re: How to end TaskInstance in a ActionHandler
kukeltje Jun 4, 2009 7:38 AM (in response to freak182)normally, if you specify a transition on a timer, the node is 'left' and that task automatically ended. So doing this in an actionhandler is not needed nor advised (at least not in a tasknode)

that's my notion of timer when attached to a 'task-node' that it will end the task node and route to the intended 'timeout transition'...i think this possible only if not using db persistence? please advise? thanks. -

kukeltje Jun 5, 2009 6:22 AM (in response to freak182)No, works with db persistency as well. Look at the docs for the jpdl attributes and/or look at the unittests in the source

4. Re: How to end TaskInstance in a ActionHandler
freak182 Jun 25, 2009 11:49 PM (in response to freak182)hello,
I can get TaskInstances using this code:final Collection<TaskInstance> tasks = context.getTaskMgmtInstance().getTaskInstances();
the above code retrieves all taskInstance in a process (it's obvious) when I use a handler. Now my question is How can i get the the specific task for which a timer handler attached to?
Thanks a lot.
Cheers.
