How to not end task while there is still users to verify or

Hello,

I have this very complicated requirements regarding workflow. here is the scenario:

Verify Task - assign two person: verifierOne, verifierTwo
Approve Task - assign two person: approverOne, approverTwo

The Verify Task will not end unless that the two person assigned end the task. When verifierOne verifies/end the task it would be partially verified and verifierTwo/end verifies the task that's the time it would be move to Approve Task.Same goes to Approver Task.

Note: that's the first requirements. there are several others.becuase im thinking using jBPM to be applied to this complicated workflow problem.

I guess verify task is colloborative task. In jbpm i don't know whether we can define colloborative task. But you need to modify your workflow such way that you can still achieve the same functionality.
Use Fork and join for your "verify task" create two similar structured tasks and assign to two verifier users. or if you want that let first person verify the task and based on inputs(like comments) create similar structured task and assign to 2nd person and place this two task one after other(sequential flow not parallel flow).
