Can I use other UI framework for jBPM 4.0 Task form other than GWT ?

Please... patience is a virtue.

To answer your question: jBPM does not use tapestry. It uses freemarker templates.

And the forms solution is plugable, see the sourcecode of the console and the jbpm forms plugin in the jbpm source
