Identify Process-Init User (jBPM4)

Hi,
the standardway to identify the init-user is a swimlane - correct ?

Now when you use a Form as Start "Human Task":





You are not able to but a swimlane inside the tags.. so its impossible right ?

Or are there any Variables set when someone starts a process ? Perhaps i could get them somehow...
