Clarification needed

Hi,

I need the following information reg the integration of rule engine with jBPM

1. Can a rule be a node in the work flow?
2. Can conditional branching be done using rules?
3. Can a rule actions on a node and state changes can publish messages
4. Can work flow instance state can occur on message receipt?

Kindly provide any URL if u find for these?
I hope atleast now i have posted some proper questions.

1: no, a rule is a rule and a node is a node. You can call a rules engine though from java in any way you like
2: Yes, as you could have found out by searching the internet a little.
