I notice that v3 doesn't implement the same sets of description tags in the process definition that we had in v2. It was convenient for the process definition to carry both a terse state or transition name for use in form buttons, large reports, long task lists, etc., while at the same time having more descriptive info that could be used in a tooltip or where space permitted, kind of like a mini "help" feature. Having both types of info in the process definition works to keep both the terse and explanative titles consistent across multiple reports and UIs (and reduces the need to maintain mappings in each one). Was there a specific reason for removing the description tags?
