How to set default time in rich:calendar to current time in

I'm using a rich:calendar component

<rich:calendar id="endDateCalendar" datePattern="MMM dd yyyy, HH:mm a" buttonClass="calButton"/>

Presently 12:00 is displayed as time when calendar button is clicked.
I want to display current time along with date instead.
