facelets port assistance

Hi folks,

I know Tom has mentioned working towards a Facelets port of the console webapp, I too have been doing some work there.

Also of note, I've significantly reworked the HTML and make use of a central template (a great feature of Facelets).

If you're interested, check out my current work-in-progress - you'll need Maven to build, let me know if I'm missing any dependencies on our public repository.

Oh, remaining to-dos:

- JSF dependency injection instead of servlet filters for session support

- JSF component for the jPDL diagram

- add lots more features :)

Just updated the webapp at the above URL; forgot user identifier in the base template.xhtml and a little more cleanup.
