Getting Started with jBPM Wiki created, more docs needed

I have created a getting started with jBPM wiki. I think it will help with folks who want to try jBPM without having to write some code first. I will try to post wikis on the data models in the next couple of days as well. As always, feedback and contributions are appreciated!
