missing src directory for simulation in eclipse

Bernd, i removed the source directory in the eclipse classpath file. Since it doesn't exist on disk. I also added the desmoj lib path to 2 targets in the base project build file. So that desmoj was also added to the check to see if all local libraries are present. And i added it to the libs classpath in that same build file.

Seems I have forgotten to check in the src directory, sorry! I will do that as soon as I have the JUnit tests running with DESMOJ.
