I am looking for an information about identity management.
Is it possible to automatiqualy assign a task to an second user if the first one assigned with the task is not here(holidays, illness, meeting,...)?
does it have to be declarated in the identity management component or in the process definition?

Personally I'd think it belongs in the identity component
