Can any one give a brief way of explaining one about the advantages of using a BPM instead of traditional coding with the help of an example application development ( say customer service department).

ie, How in traditional coding way and how if using BPM for the same application

Wrong forum, but some simple examples:
- why do you use struts/jsf/gwt/... instead of building that yourself?
- heck why do you use an appserver instead of building your own server?

Need I say more?
